Novi Sad district heating authority announces a 7.6 million euros tender for the con-struction of the “Miseluk” heating plant in Serbia

The public utility company Novi Sad District Heating Authority has announced a public tender for the design and construction of the new “Miseluk” heating plant in Novi Sad. The value of this large-scale project amounts to 892.5 million dinars (nearly 7.6 million euros), BalkanEngineer.com learned from the Serbian news agency Tanjug.

According to the documentation published on the Public Procurement Portal, the procedure covers the full cycle of the facility’s implementation—design, delivery, and installation of equipment; construction and installation work; testing; and commissioning. The project also includes the integration of a temporary containerized boiler plant, as well as subsequent ten-year service and maintenance of the heat pump.

The new facility will be located at the “Misheluk” site within the municipality of Petrovaradin. The construction of the plant is crucial for ensuring a stable and modern heat supply to the rapidly developing residential and public areas in this part of Novi Sad.
