North Macedonian shopping centre operator Nabizi has expanded its operations with the opening of a new modern retail park in the city of Struga, BalkanEngineer.com has learned from a social media post by the company. The event marks an important milestone in the development of retail infrastructure in the southwestern region of North Macedonia and demonstrates the growing interest in investing in the retail sector outside the capital.

The new Nabizi Retail Park is spread over an area of 50,000 m2 and includes a variety of outlets and facilities for visitors. These include a petrol station, fast food outlets, a café, a hotel and a dedicated children's playground for families. The park also has a 20,000 m2 office area that will be rented out, as well as a spacious car park with a capacity of 800 cars. The infrastructure has been designed to meet modern standards for multifunctional shopping areas and to provide a comfortable and efficient environment for both retailers and customers.
With the opening of the retail park in Struga, Nabizi expands its presence in the local market and creates new opportunities for economic development in the region. The project will contribute to the creation of new jobs, attract additional investment and improve residents' access to modern retail and business services in one of the most promising areas of southwestern North Macedonia.
