German construction group Lindner has announced a new investment of 100 million leva in the Lozen Tech Park complex near Sofia, Bulgaria, BalkanEngineer.com has learned from Economic.bg. Of the total amount, BGN 20 million is earmarked for two new buildings in the privately owned Lozen Tech Park science and technology park and for complex infrastructure - amphitheatres, green areas and playgrounds. The remaining BGN 80 million will finance the third stage of the residential park in the same complex.

So far, Lindner has already invested BGN 135 million in Lozen Park. After the new investment, the total investment will most likely exceed BGN 400 million.
The complex includes 15 buildings divided into three zones - a technology park, a residential part and educational and sports infrastructure. The aim here is to combine work, daily life and leisure in one place in the form of a German school, offices for high-tech companies and modern housing within walking distance.
The park will open its first buildings in September 2025, and the new phase of housing construction will start by the end of the year. According to the investors, the Lozen Tech Park is expected to house science centres, start-up companies and world-class architecture studios.
Lindner has been present in Bulgaria for 30 years and has already invested over 700 million BGN in projects such as Business Park Sofia and Residential Park Sofia. Now the company is building on this experience with a “city within a city” on the outskirts of the Bulgarian capital.
