The investment will be developed in the free economic zone in the suburb of Kashar, which offers strategic advantages due to its proximity to the international airport and the port of Durres. The land lease agreement has already been signed through the investor's Albanian subsidiary, Alis Initiatives, and the project will benefit from the special fiscal and customs incentives that the Municipality of Tirana provides for strategic investments in the ICT and modern manufacturing sectors.

According to statements by Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, the data center should be ready within 18 months of receiving the final building permit. This facility is expected to attract significant interest from technology giants and stimulate the local innovation ecosystem. The final parameters of the investment will be announced after the completion of the ongoing technical and energy studies.
