FITR supports innovation projects from North Macedonia

The Macedonian Fund for Innovation and Technological Development announced the results of the first public call for vouchers for innovations, BalkanEngineer.com learned from a Fund`s statement.

 

 

The results were presented by the Minister of Education and Science Mila Karovska and the Director of the Fund for Innovation and Technological Development Jovan Despotovski. The event was hosted by the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University "St. St. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje. The funds amounted to MKD 15 mln, and will be provided to university faculties and research centers.

 

The initiative will support 34 research projects of new products and services with higher added-value, among which representatives of the technology industry, information technology, construction industry, electronics, energy and energy resources predominate. The projects will also be supported by local companies and universities.
