Canadian group Armstrong transferred part of its production to Romania

The Canadian group Armstrong Fluid Technology - a manufacturer of pumps for heating, cooling, sanitation and water supply systems, has transferred to its Romanian factory in Jimbolia, Timis County part of its production from other European countries, BalkanEngineer.com learned from Romania-Insider.com.

 

 

The company has expanded the production capacity of the Romanian factory, and the products manufactured in the country already serve the group's customers all over the world. The integration process also includes relocation of pump production from Hungary to Romania.

 

Armstrong Fluid Technology was established in 1934. Globally, the company employs over 1200 specialists working in eight production facilities on 4 continents.

 

The company has been present in Romania since 2011 and has a team of 65 employees. In 2019, Armstrong reported a turnover of RON 17.7 million, which is equivalent to about EUR 3.8 million.
