Bulgarian and Serbian students with a study program by Microsoft and Proplusion

Microsoft and Proplusion NGO have launched a new regional initiative aimed at improving information literacy among middle school students on the Balkans, BalkanEngineer.com has learned.

 

 

The educational program, which will provide a resource for teaching and training in informatics, is called “Gen-D – Building a Digital Future”. All the materials in the platform are created in Serbia and will be provided in English to pupils from each participating country, namely Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Bulgaria and Serbia.

The Microsoft and Proplusion initiative aims to support digital transformation in education, to improve educational standards, and to prepare future young programmers to develop successfully in the IT industry in the Balkan region.
