In the plant for finishing materials for construction in Bekament, Serbia, were built two new production facilities and an automated warehouse with a total value of EUR 8 million, BalkanEngineer.com learned from ekapija.com.
After commissioning new facilities and the modern warehouse, Bekament will be able to produce as much as 100 t powdered products and 70 t of liquid products an hour. The factory will increase its capacity from 130 000 t to 350 000 t an year. This will allow it to enter new markets.
350 people work at the factory now, but the next year the number is expected to increase.
