Your main responsibilities:
- Manage the Supply Chain Planning function to ensure the right level of motivation and performance of the team;
- Ensure smooth communication with Operations and Sales, in order to enable efficiency and to increase customer’s satisfaction;
- Lead projects for optimization of supply chain processes and costs;
- Ensure the effective planning of material flows from raw materials to finished goods;
- Ensure keeping the right safety stock level and item classification to deliver to customers on time;
- Participate in MRP process to ensure the purchase orders are raised to the production centers on a timely manner;
- Manage the CRP (Capacity Requirement Planning) process and provide support with regard to resources management;
- Ensure the processes and guidelines are followed. In case, of gaps, make a proposal for changes;
- Optimize day to day operations and tasks, with a continuous improvement mindset;
- Organize and lead Pre-S&OP and S&OP (Sales and Operations) meetings; prepare the needed data for the meetings;
- Ensure quality and on-time KPIs reporting.
Skills and Professional Background:
- University Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain field;
- At least 5 years of experience in a Supply Chain function, preferably in the following areas - stock management, order entry, and procurement;
- People management experience;
- Experience with projects management;
- Fluent English;
- Excellent computer literacy (MS Office) and experience with ERP system;
- Proactive, organized, committed to milestones and deadlines;
- Team player with a willingness to work in an international environment;
- Knowledge and experience with problem-solving tools and LEAN methods will be considered as an advantage.
