Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Security Engineer to join our innovative team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating security practices into the DevOps processes, ensuring that security is a fundamental aspect of our software development lifecycle.
You will collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to implement best practices that safeguard our applications and infrastructure while enabling rapid delivery and deployment.

Technical Skills:

Intermediate understanding of CI/CD and GitOps;
Intermediate knowledge in scripting (Bash, Python);
Intermediate knowledge in IaC (Terraform);
Intermediate understanding of Kubernetes and container technologies;
Intermediate understanding of containers;
Intermediate knowledge of SIEM integration;
Expert in hardening Kubernetes;
Expert in Vulnerabilities & SBOM.

Key Responsibilities:

Container Security, covering the whole process from building an image, maintaining it in registry, signing images, vulnerability scanning;
Kubernetes Security, RBAC, Network Policies, Admission Controls, Hardening control plane and data plane;
CI/CD Security pipelines (good to have);
Pod Runtime Security, IoC, Drift Detection, Security Context, etc.;
Monitoring & Investigation.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred;
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps or software development, with at least 3 years focusing on security engineering;
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or DevSecOps-related certifications are highly desirable.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex security issues and develop effective solutions.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
