With reference to our location in Sofia currently we are looking for:

Production Process Planner (SMT)

Your job:

  • Responsible for creating a comprehensive production technology that ensures high product quality;
  • Improves internal standards and refines internal industrial engineering techniques;
  • Optimizes production processes in serial manufacturing;
  • Prepares technical specifications for the purchase of new machines and coordinates with relevant departments;
  • Develops operating instructions for the machines;
  • Monitors the proper operation of the machines and their associated software;
  • Assists in enhancing the efficiency of machines and operators in the workflow;
  • Aids in improving the technological competence of employees in the workflow;
  • Supports the reduction of scheduled times and losses;
  • Participates in and leads optimization, transfer, insourcing, and new projects;
  • Involved in preparing calculations by determining the necessary technological times by types of assembly and types of processes;
  • Conducts technical communication with equipment suppliers to ensure the production of new products and modifications of serial products;
  • Manages the acceptance process of new products, optimizes process parameters and programs for the following processes: wave soldering, selective soldering, depaneling machines for printed circuit boards, laser engraving of printed circuit boards, and automated adhesive application.

Technical Competencies and Requirements:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, degrees in the field of electronics will be considered an advantage;
  • Written and spoken proficiency in English and/or German (minimum level B2);
  • Excellent understanding of project drawings, technical documentation, and product requirements;
  • Excellent computer literacy – MS Office; SAP will be considered an advantage.

Professional Competencies and Requirements:

  • Professional experience in the field of electronics manufacturing;
  • Familiarity with the operation of manufacturing machines from manufacturers such as ASM, Panasonic, ASYS, Ekra, Rehm, Seho, Ersa will be considered an advantage.

Personal Competencies and Requirements:

  • Capable of making fast decisions and taking the responsibility for the results in dynamic and changing environment;
  • Very good presentation, consulting and training skills;
  • Focused on the added value for the internal and/or external clients;
  • Team player, able to work in a multicultural working environment;
  • Highly independent and analytical way of working;
  • Flexible, adaptable, open to meet the change and acquire new knowledge and skills.
