Following recent company changes, our Production Planning Department is looking for a strong professional with the experience and attitude to share knowledge and a desire to change the world. We invite You to join the team by accepting the challenges and opportunities of the role PRODUCTION PLANNING EXPERT

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Planning and optimizing production schedules (weekly, monthly, and annual) based on customer orders and contracts;
• Analyzing and balancing resources to ensure optimal production utilization;
• Coordinating priorities and managing changes in the production plan;
• Monitoring execution and proactively adjusting plans based on capacity, material availability, and supply constraints;
• Measuring and analyzing key performance indicators, including On-Time Delivery (OTD Manufacturing);
• Identifying and managing bottlenecks within the production process;
• Collaborating closely with Production and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

You’re a great fit if you:

• Hold a university degree (Industrial Management, Planning, Engineering, or a related field);
• Are confident working with MS Office, especially Excel (data analysis, modeling) and PowerPoint;
• Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment;
• Having experience working with ERP systems (SAP is a strong advantage);
• Have a very good command of English (B2 level or higher);
• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Communicate effectively and thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment;
• Take a proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities and driving change.
