PRODUCT ENGINEER

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define the necessary manufacturing processes and resources, including materials, consumables, equipment, personnel, etc.
• Create production routes, part lists (BOMs), and standard production times in the company ERP system.
• Provide regular training to production personnel based on the created documentation.
• Prepare and update technical documentation.
• Plan production for “0” series and product prototypes.
• Perform machine adjustments and process qualifications.
• Design and manage specific production tools.
• Oversee the production of designed tools and devices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical university degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in electronic manufacturing.
• Strong communication, social and intercultural skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• English level B2 or higher.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Previous experience with industrial standards.
• Project management experience.
• German as an additional language is an advantage.
