Not only we innovate, but we also invest and grow. Now we now have a job opportunity for Process Engineer in our team in Plovdiv plant.

What will you do?

• Monitor and analyze efficiency performance in own sector;
• Ensure compliance to standards and work instruction on trough Time analysis (MTM) and operations’ targets;
• In charge of qualification process (means and processes), in plant but also at suppliers’ location;
• Contribute to the development of new products and pilot new productions ramp-up;
• Ensure the capacities adaptation;
• Participate in investment projects (data collection, studies of feasibility and profitability, action plan implementation);
• Support the SMART factory deployment.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering – Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Automation, Computer science;
• 2 years Experience in Production environment;
• Fluency in English language;
• Digital skills (high level of MS office usage);
• Agility and ability to multitask;
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a multi-functional team;
• Strong problem-solving and communication.
