MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Ensure the safe, reliable, and continuous operation of production equipment.
• Prepare, update, and maintain engineering and technical documentation for machines and devices.
• Participate in the commissioning of new equipment, production lines, and technological systems.
• Perform systematic monitoring of equipment performance and execute preventive maintenance activities.
• Build and maintain a detailed equipment database, including planned maintenance schedules, and ensure their execution.
• Conduct initial analysis, diagnostics, and root‑cause identification in case of equipment failures.
• Carry out repairs, corrective actions, and technical improvements to restore and optimize equipment performance.
• Support the planning and implementation of technological innovations and production optimizations.
• Manage spare parts inventory and contribute to cost‑efficient maintenance planning.
• Adapt quickly to new equipment, technologies, and production processes.
• Work independently, make informed technical decisions, and propose effective solutions in a dynamic environment.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Technical university degree in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Understanding processes in electronic manufacturing.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of materials used in electronics production.
• Skills in initial diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis.
• Knowledge and experience with TPM principles and methodologies.
• Experience or readiness to work with spare parts management and maintenance planning.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
