Your responsibilities:
• Ensure continuous operation of the production facilities through providing and maintaining the necessary materials and services;
• Organize and participate in tenders and negotiate terms of purchases & services incl. assignment of orders to approved suppliers and follow up of compliance;
• Working with SAP – database of materials, suppliers, contracts and purchase requests as well as support of end users;
• Timely and accurate preparation and analysis of procurement statistical data, budgeting, monthly, quarterly & annual reports and provision of the same to the local management and to Group Procurement;
• Develop and implement controls to achieve business objectives;
• Communicate with our internal stakeholders and work closely with technical & production staff;
• Close collaboration with the Group Procurement team to ensure continues improvement, harmonisation and digitalisation of reporting;
• Participation in purchasing-related projects implemented via various platforms.

Our requirements:
• Very good MS Office skills;
• High analytical and organizational skills;
• Knowledge of SAP (Materials Management Module) is an advantage;
• Basic Procurement and Category knowledge.

Languages:
• Very good command of English (both written & spoken).

Education:
• University education: economic or technical degree;
• Specialization in Finance or Procurement/Supply Chain Management is an advantage.

Experience:
• 1 -2 years’ work experience in a similar role in an international environment.
