Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to team members;
- Ensure efficient processes and high-quality work results in the area of responsibility including setting up and maintaining capacity planning;
- Develop employees and propose training plans;
- Ensure project clarity with all stakeholders and team members on site (for example - personnel issues and workplace equipment/office infrastructure).
Competencies:
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or similar qualification;
- Very good knowledge of English language - minimum B2 in the European language system, German language knowledge is an advantage;
- Experience in leading and developing employees;
- Experience in design and development of products in the field of construction machinery or mechanical engineering;
- Experience with 3D CAD software (ideally in ProEngineer);
- Experience with product lifecycle management system Windchill or similar software will be considered as an advantage;
- Experience in an international company will be considered as an advantage;
- Good communication skills and responsible team player;
- Very good knowledge in MS Office applications.
