The main tasks will be related to:

• Dynamics 365 Infrastructure Management:

Collaborate with solution architects to ensure optimal system design and performance.
Implement best practices for high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability.

• Technical Release Management and System Refresh:

Work closely with development teams to plan and execute system updates, patches, and feature releases.

Monitor release pipelines and address any issues promptly.
Refresh F&O and CE environment with all related interactions, including Dual Write.

• Azure DevOps Pipelines:

Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Automate build, test, and deployment processes.

• ISV Deployments:

Coordinate the deployment of third-party solutions (ISVs) within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
Validate compatibility and performance of ISV solutions.

• Security and Compliance:

Implement security controls, access management, and compliance measures.
Monitor and address security vulnerabilities.

• Documentation and Training:

Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
Provide training to IT staff and end-users on system maintenance and best practices.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Azure Expertise:

Strong knowledge of Azure services relevant to Dynamics 365 (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Key Vault).

Experience with Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.

• Release Management:

Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for managing releases.

Understanding of version control (Git) and branching strategies.

• Dynamics 365 Skills:

Proficiency in configuring and managing Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain).

Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

• Security and Compliance:

Knowledge of Azure security features (Azure AD, RBAC, network security groups).

Awareness of GDPR and other data protection regulations.

• Communication and Collaboration:

Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear instructions for non-technical stakeholders.

• Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Certifications (preferred):

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals.

• Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in Azure infrastructure management.

Specific experience with Dynamics 365 implementation and administration
