Insurant Project Manager

To strengthen our global project management team at the growing development site in Blagoevgrad, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will lead technical development projects in an international environment and actively help shape the further development of professional project management structures within the global organization.

Senior Project Manager (d/w/m)

Your responsibilities:

· Planning, controlling, and monitoring complex product development and transfer projects;

· Lateral leadership of interdisciplinary and cross-site project teams (including external service providers);

· Active management of project risks, resources, budgets, changes, and conflicts;

· Participation in evaluating project proposals, developing project charters, and identifying stakeholders;

· Application of company-wide project management standards and methods;

· Interface management between Blagoevgrad, Duderstadt, Vienna, and Salt Lake City;

· Participation in and implementation of process improvements (e.g., resource management, product development process, etc.);

· Contribution to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement;

Your qualifications:

· Completed technical or technical-business degree (university of applied sciences, university) or equivalent education;

· Several years of experience in leading technical development projects, ideally in a regulated environment such as medical technology, automotive, aviation, or similarly demanding industries;

· Experience in leading interdisciplinary and cross-site project teams in a lateral role;

· Knowledge of common project management methods and tools; certification is an advantage;

· Strong ability to structure complex issues, create transparency, and prepare binding decisions;

· Strong communication skills, resilience, and ability to cooperate with different functions and stakeholders;

· High level of initiative, sense of responsibility, and drive in an international environment;

· Very good German and English skills, written and spoken;

· Willingness to work closely with international development sites, especially Duderstadt and Vienna, and to travel regularly;

· Experience in setup, transformation, or scaling phases of project management structures is an advantage.
