Project Manager for Energy Projects

Our partner is a well‑established international company in the energy sector. Due to the expansion of its operations, the organization is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager. The role offers the opportunity to lead both technical and organizational project activities, manage key stakeholders, and contribute to the successful execution of projects in a dynamic and innovative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Responsible for both the technical and organizational aspects of project execution;
• Identify risks, opportunities, and market forces throughout the project lifecycle, applying effective risk and claim management strategies;
• Coordinate project activities on site, working closely with subcontractors, surveillance engineers, and the customer;
• Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long‑term satisfaction, retention, and growth potential;
• Collect and share market information to support transparency and continuous improvement through regular updates of internal tools;
• Visit customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate responses and solutions;
• Deliver trainings to customers on new products and solutions;
• Support the local Sales team in achieving company targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems) or a related field;
• Minimum of 3 years of technical experience in transmission and distribution systems — mandatory;
• Previous project execution experience in the Energy Sector is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage;
• Solid understanding of project management activities, as well as sourcing and procurement processes;
• Availability for occasional national and international business trips;
• Category B driving license;
• Very good command of English.
