Quality Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to join our client's team. This role is essential in ensuring that we consistently meet customer expectations through stringent quality standards and seamless supplier interactions. You will play a key part in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and product excellence.

What will be your responsibilities?

- Establish and coordinate customer relations to specify conditions for quality checks effectively;
- Execute all tasks related to suppliers and customers in accordance with company guidelines and procedures;
- Manage supplier claims; oversee the execution and outcomes of defined corrective measures;
- Prepare analyses and compile statistics to consolidate results, driving continuous improvement;
- Support product and process development to ensure compliance with internal and customer-oriented requirements;
- Organize audits and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions, ensuring sustainable quality improvements.

What do we expect from you?

- University degree in Engineering will be considered as an advantage;
- Familiarity with automotive quality requirements or experience in an industrial company setting;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Proven ability in problem-solving and critical thinking;
- Proficiency in English and/or German languages;
- Excellent use of MS Office applications; SAP knowledge is a plus;
- Ability to think flexibly with a business and process-oriented mindset.
